How AdohPharma uses cookies and similar technologies.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember information between page loads and visits. They are widely used to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and help an application function correctly. This policy explains how AdohPharma uses cookies and comparable browser storage technologies.
2. How we use cookies
AdohPharma aims to use as few cookies as possible and only where they support core functionality:
- Strictly necessary — an authentication session cookie keeps you signed in as you move between pages. The app cannot function without it.
- Functional — a preference cookie remembers settings such as your light or dark theme choice.
AdohPharma is an offline-first progressive web app (PWA). To let you work without a connection, it stores data in your browser using local storage, session storage, IndexedDB and the browser's offline cache — for example, cached records, the app's own pages, and pending offline-sync state. This browser storage is not a tracking cookie and is not used to profile you, but we disclose it here for transparency because it lives on your device.
3. Categories of cookies used
The names and durations below are the ones AdohPharma actually sets. Note that only the first three are cookies; everything after them is storage on your own device — local storage, session storage, IndexedDB or the offline cache — which is why their “duration” is until you clear it, or until you close the browser tab, rather than a fixed expiry. Keys shown ending in a colon have a further part appended that identifies the account or the file the entry belongs to.

4. Third-party cookies
AdohPharma does not currently set third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Product analytics (PostHog) is built into the application but is switched off in production and loads no third-party code while it is: without an analytics key configured, the vendor script is never requested and no request reaches any analytics host. If we switch it on, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
5. Managing and disabling cookies
Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies through their settings. You can also clear the site's local storage and IndexedDB data from your browser's privacy controls. Please note that blocking the strictly necessary session cookie will prevent you from signing in, and clearing offline storage will remove any unsynced changes and require the app to reload data when you reconnect.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, the cookies we use, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
