Pharma360 runs a retail pharmacy end to end: what is on the shelf, when it expires, what it cost, what it sold for, and who it went to. It is built offline-first, because a till that stops when the connection does is a till that stops trading.

These pages are here to help you decide whether it fits your pharmacy. The step-by-step instructions for running the day — receiving a delivery, counting a shelf, closing a drawer — live inside the product, under Help in the dashboard sidebar, where the person following them is already standing.

The idea in one paragraph

Pharma360 stores no running stock quantity. On-hand is always the sum of an append-only movement ledger — receipts, sales, adjustments, transfers, returns and write-offs. That one decision is what makes offline selling safe to merge, what makes a stock take a correction rather than an overwrite, and what makes a report reconcile with the till instead of arguing with it.

What it costs

Plans are priced per pharmacy and differ mainly by how many branches they cover. See Pricing for current tiers, and note that every account starts on a free trial with no card — you can model your real catalogue and your real branches before deciding.

Sign in and open Help at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar.
