Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of the AdohPharma platform.

Last updated: 13 September 2026.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form the agreement between you and Edward Mwaniki Njeru, trading as ADOH THREE SIXTY SOLUTIONS, P.O. Box 1583-20300, Nyahururu (“AdohPharma”, “we”, or “us”) for use of the AdohPharma platform. By creating an account or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Description of service

AdohPharma is a pharmacy inventory, point-of-sale (POS), and offline-first sync platform. It helps pharmacies track stock, monitor expiry and reorder levels, record sales, and reconcile data captured offline once a connection is restored. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves.

3. Accounts and eligibility

To use the service you must register an account and provide accurate information. Accounts are intended for licensed pharmacy owners and their authorised staff. Access is organised by role, for example:

  • Pharmacy owners, who administer the organisation, billing, and staff access.
  • Staff members, whose permissions are set by the owner or an administrator.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

You must register one organisation account per pharmacy business and provide accurate registration details, including any pharmacy licence or registration number we ask for. We may verify these details and may refuse or close an account registered with information that is false, inaccurate, or belongs to another party. Additional branches are added within your existing account; if you operate genuinely separate pharmacy businesses and need more than one account, contact us.

4. Subscription, fees & billing

Some plans are offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, taxes, and refund terms are described on our pricing page and will be finalised before general availability. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

We may offer a free trial or other promotional period. Unless we say otherwise, any such offer is limited to one per pharmacy business, is not transferable, and may be withdrawn or varied for future customers at any time. Registering more than one account, or using different registration details, in order to obtain or extend a trial or promotional period breaches our Acceptable Use Policy and may result in the measures described there and in section 9, including restriction or suspension of access. At the end of a trial or promotional period, continued access to paid features requires an active subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data belonging to other organisations.

6. Customer data & content ownership

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the service, including inventory records and sales data (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability & no warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep it continuously available, we publish no uptime target and no plan carries a service level, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that offline data will always sync without conflict. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdohPharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss ofprofits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you have paid us for the service, calculated over the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will make Customer Data available for export for a limited period as described in the data retention section of our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, subject to any agreed alternative dispute resolution process.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Contact us

Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@adohpharma.com or by post to Edward Mwaniki Njeru, trading as ADOH THREE SIXTY SOLUTIONS, P.O. Box 1583-20300, Nyahururu, quoting business name registration BN-8DSZY27P.
